To enhance account security, we require you to manually select two (2) trusted contacts from your address book. These contacts will only be reached in extreme scenarios where we detect critical security breaches, potential fraud, or are unable to establish contact with you directly.

Email Address (Optional)

Voluntary: You may choose to provide your email address. If provided, it is utilized for receiving calculation reports, account recovery links, and service updates.

Approximate Location (Optional)

Voluntary: With your permission, we collect coarse geo-location data (non-precise). This helps us verify that your usage complies with regional laws and allows us to recommend loan interest rates applicable to your specific state or city in India.

Camera and Photos (Optional)

Voluntary: We request camera or gallery access only if you wish to upload documents or set a personalized profile avatar. This data is processed only when you actively initiate the feature.

User, Device, and Advertising IDs

We utilize unique identifiers (such as GAID, IMEI, or Android ID) to maintain session continuity, prevent account takeover fraud, and deliver personalized financial content relevant to your profile.

Crash Logs

Strictly for Verification: We request permission to access your call log to enable "Flash Call" verification. This system automatically detects an incoming verification call from our server to authenticate your number instantly, removing the need for manual OTP entry. We do not read your personal conversations.

App Usage Statistics

To enhance account security and provide personalized service recommendations, we may request access to your App Usage Statistics (including app installation list, usage frequency, and last used timestamps).
Purpose: This data allows us to analyze usage patterns to detect abnormal behavior (fraud prevention) and to tailor financial product recommendations to your profile.
Authorization: This permission requires manual activation in your device settings. We will guide you to the appropriate page to enable it.
User Choice: Granting this permission is entirely optional. You can choose to decline it, and the core functions of the application will remain accessible.

Device Hardware Information

To prevent fraud (such as the use of emulators or bot farms), we collect comprehensive hardware data, including:
