Security of Credentials
Custody of Access Keys
You bear full liability for maintaining the secrecy of your login credentials (password and OTPs). Any activity executed through your account is deemed to be authorized by you.
Breach Notification
Should you detect any anomaly or suspect that your account security has been compromised, you are obligated to notify our support team immediately at business@ptdynamicsoftmasolu.com. We assume no liability for losses incurred due to your failure to secure your account.
Intellectual Property and License
Grant of License
We accord you a limited, non-transferable, and revocable license to utilize Valsad Hisab strictly for personal financial planning and simulation purposes.
Prohibited Actions
You are expressly forbidden from:
- Commercializing, leasing, or selling the application or its output.
- Employing data mining, robots, or similar data gathering tools to extract content.
- Reverse-engineering the calculation algorithms or source code.
- Sharing your account access with third parties to bypass usage limits.
